Saved $10M associated with a contract expiry by personally rectifying and closing 525 contracts. Implemented Zycus Contract Management System for Vanguard and centralized procurement of 1500 materials, supplies, and human resources contracts and decreased contract cycle times by 70% within 5 months.
Re-engineered business processes, reconciled, and maintained contract logging and user access files using a project tracking system to ensure security and continuity of critical legal information. Gained buy-in from 15 cross-functional SMEs to develop current state and end state business process models, training manuals, SOP’s and other project deliverables. Assessed and trained 117 members of the procurement department through meetings with employees and consulting with managers to develop and conduct training sessions for Zycus.
