Mapped, migrated and integrated data into Salesforce as needed. Administration of Salesforce including managing 20 +user setups, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validations, event management including mobile check-in, Swiper 1 and Click & Pledge, email automation for renewals, reports, and dashboards with training modules. Created and documented business requirements (BRD/FRD) for website system changes, documented solution options, and worked with business owners to implement and test changes. Increased engagement by 80% utilizing Salesforce campaign applications. Trained 50 + new users using written and video user documentations with a remote workforce and growing the Salesforce skill set across the organization.
